This is our first fortified and its a blended wine which has been aged to develop rich sweet characters. Judy has been searching for over a year to find a different bottle to package this wine into. The bottle is very smart and will make a very impressive gift for those liking a sweet fortified.  It can't be called Port anymore.

Work is progressing and changes are still occurring every week adn last week we hung a great image in PJ's Cellar which is stunning. Our storage area has ben extended to enable us to age our newly bottled 2009 reds, this shows we have too many wines on the floor so we are offerring you a deal to buy a selection of wines for these cold winter nights.
