Our first wine produced, we crushed 3 tonne to make this wine and purchased all new french oak barriques to age the wine in for 12 months before bottling.
This wine has a medium deep clour exhibitinh a purple hue, the nose gives cinnamon spice and coconut oak with lifted aromas of black currant and raspberry.
The palate reveals sweet berry and plum flavours giving over to chocolaty characters.
This wine is ready to drink now until 2012.
