PJ's shiraz 2008 is a quality wine with the presence and power of varietal fruit flavours combined with a good palate weight to provide depth and length of flavour.

With very dark garnet colour and aromas of red berries, plums and hints of pepper it is a complex bouquet. There is a burst of berry and spice which lingers on your palate after you take a sip.

The wine has integrated well duing its maturing in fine oak, making it a rich well rounded wine.

Ready to drink now this wine will show development with proper cellaring over the next 8 years.
