This Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is only made when we have a exceptional parcel of grapes.
New French oak was carefully selected and once the wine had been aged for 12 months each barrel was tasted to select the best barrels to be reserved and the wine was aged further an additional 14 months.
This wine has sweet berry ripeness and is just luxurious and luscious with its long finish on the palate.
