When you pour a glass you can watch the bubbles rise to the top of the glass,
showing a delicate light cerise colour.

The wine is a bright garnet colour and has definite Cabernet flavours,
particularly Raspberries.

It is light bodied making it a very enjoyable drink to consume chilled.
